No. Lotus Essence provides complementary wellness services. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Our work is designed to support your overall wellbeing alongside — not instead of — any medical care you may be receiving. Our practitioner is licensed in the UAE as a complementary wellness provider.

Energy is not limited by physical proximity. Our sessions are conducted via video call, and clients consistently report the same depth of experience as in-person work. You need a stable internet connection, a quiet private space, and the willingness to be present. We've served clients across 30+ countries this way.

There is no standard number. After your questionnaire and discovery call, we'll build a Custom Healing Journey with a recommended number of sessions and phases. Some journeys are 4 sessions. Some are 20. It depends entirely on you, your situation, and your goals.

Most clients describe a deep sense of relaxation, followed by various responses: emotional release, physical sensations, insights, or simply a profound quiet. Some people feel shifts immediately; for others, the changes emerge gradually over days. There is no "right" way to experience a session.

Absolutely. Every client signs a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement before sessions begin. We will never confirm or deny that anyone is a client. Session content is never shared. Your privacy is not a policy — it’s a core value.

We don't publish prices on our website. Your investment depends on your Custom Healing Journey — which is built specifically for you. During the discovery call, we'll discuss what's involved and share investment details. Pricing is also available inside your client portal.

More than okay. Some of our most committed clients started as skeptics. We don't ask you to believe in anything. We ask you to show up with an open mind and let the experience speak for itself. If after the discovery call you're not convinced, there's no pressure to proceed.

Yes. Our practice serves all genders. Transformation has no gender requirement. A significant portion of our clients are men — executives, founders, and professionals who value discretion and depth.

Yes. We have practitioners who work within the Lotus framework and share the same approach and standards. During the discovery call, we'll discuss the best fit for you.

Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Late cancellations may be charged at the full session rate. Details are in the Client Agreement.

Yes. Our work is complementary and can run alongside therapy, medical treatment, or any other care you're receiving. We recommend informing your therapist or healthcare provider about any complementary practices you're engaging in.
