The Questionnaire

We send you a focused questionnaire — thoughtful questions designed to help us understand not just what you're dealing with, but who you are. It takes about 15 minutes and it matters deeply to us.

We Assess Fit

Not every person is the right fit for this work, and this work isn't right for every person. We review your responses carefully and honestly. If we're the right match, we move forward. If not, we'll tell you — respectfully and directly.

Free Discovery Call

A complimentary virtual session — 15 to 20 minutes. Mohammad listens more than he speaks. The goal is simple: you should feel seen. Whether you proceed or not, this call is yours. No pressure. No pitch.

Your Agreement

If you choose to move forward, you sign a single document covering confidentiality, consent, and terms of service. Your privacy is protected by a mutual NDA. This is not a formality — it's a foundation.

Within days, you receive a personalized roadmap: recommended sessions, phase structure, areas of focus, and what to expect. This is built specifically for you. You can request adjustments before we begin.

Sessions Begin

Each session follows the Lotus Protocol — a consistent opening, deep therapeutic work adapted to your needs, and a grounding close. Between sessions: personalized follow-ups, therapeutic audio, and the knowledge that space is being held for you.

Continuous Assessment

After each session, your journey is reviewed internally. The roadmap adapts based on what emerges. More sessions, fewer sessions, a shift in focus — you're always informed of changes and why they're recommended.

Closure or Continuation

At the end of your planned journey, we review together. Three outcomes: the journey is complete, a new phase begins, or you pause and return when ready. No pressure in any direction. The door is always open.

What a Session Looks Like

The Lotus Protocol

Every session — whether it's your first or your fiftieth — follows a consistent structure designed for depth, not efficiency.

Opening

A grounding moment. Three breaths. A simple question: "Where are you today?" This transition signals to your nervous system that we're moving into a different space.

The Work

45–60 minutes of energy work, breathwork, and guided practice — adapted to what your system needs in the moment. This is not scripted. It is responsive, intuitive, and informed by everything we know about you.

Closing

Integration time. One key observation. One practice for the days ahead. You leave grounded and clear — not floating or overwhelmed.

After

24–48 hours later, Mohammad checks in personally. Not "how are you feeling?" — something specific to your session. Between sessions, you may receive a therapeutic audio, a practice, or a voice note. This isn't marketing. It's care.
