3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments must be booked through our website or authorized channels
  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before the appointment: Full refund
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours: 50% refund or rescheduling option
  • No-shows: No refund unless exceptional circumstances apply
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments with reasonable notice

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at the time of booking
  • We accept major credit cards through Stripe
  • All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout
  • Session packages are non-transferable and may have expiration dates

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
  • Treat our practitioners with respect
  • Not share account credentials with others
  • Not use our services for any illegal purpose

6. Limitation of Liability

Lotus Official and its practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
