Binding Agreement: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Lotus Essence ("we," "our," or "us"). Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of UAE courts for any disputes. Acceptance: If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms and any updates.

Lotus Essence provides holistic healing and wellness services designed to support your personal growth and well-being. Our Services Include: • Private Healing Sessions - One-on-one energy healing and guidance • Ho'oponopono Workshops - Ancient Hawaiian practice for forgiveness and healing • Qigong Courses - Traditional Chinese energy cultivation practices • Chakra Balancing - Energy center alignment and harmonization • Meditation Coaching - Guided meditation and mindfulness training • Energy Healing - Various modalities for energetic well-being Service Delivery: • Sessions may be conducted in-person or online via video conference • Session duration and frequency are customized to your needs • All services are provided by trained and experienced practitioners

As a client of Lotus Essence, you agree to the following responsibilities: Health Consultation: • Consult with your physician before beginning any wellness program • Inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or health concerns • Seek appropriate medical care for any health issues Disclosure: • Provide accurate and complete information on intake forms • Update us on any changes to your health status • Communicate openly with your practitioner during sessions Personal Responsibility: • Take responsibility for your own health and well-being decisions • Follow through with any recommendations at your own discretion • Attend sessions in a suitable state (not under the influence of substances) Respect: • Arrive on time for scheduled sessions • Treat practitioners and staff with respect • Maintain appropriate boundaries during sessions

By using our services, you acknowledge and accept certain inherent risks: Subjective Experiences: Healing and wellness experiences are highly subjective and vary from person to person. Results cannot be guaranteed. Variable Results: • Some clients experience profound shifts; others may notice subtle changes • Benefits may be immediate or develop over time • Some clients may not experience noticeable effects Possible Responses: During or after sessions, you may experience: • Emotional release (tears, laughter, or other expressions) • Physical sensations (warmth, tingling, or relaxation) • Temporary fatigue or increased energy • Vivid dreams or heightened awareness • Temporary intensification of symptoms before improvement Your Acknowledgment: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in our services and release Lotus Essence from liability for any adverse effects.

Lotus Essence makes no guarantees regarding outcomes: Individual Variation: Each person's healing journey is unique. What works for one individual may not work for another. No Promises: We do not promise or guarantee: • Specific healing outcomes • Resolution of any particular condition • Timeframes for improvement • That services will meet your expectations Best Efforts: While we cannot guarantee results, we commit to: • Providing services with care and integrity • Using our training and experience to support your well-being • Creating a safe and supportive environment • Continuously improving our skills and knowledge

Please review our booking and cancellation policies carefully: Booking: • Sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking • Please ensure your contact information is accurate Cancellation Policy: • 24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no charge • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee applies • No-shows: Full session fee will be charged Rescheduling: • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance • One free reschedule per booking is permitted • Subsequent reschedules may incur a fee Late Arrivals: • Sessions begin at the scheduled time • Late arrivals may result in shortened session time • The full session fee still applies for late arrivals Practitioner Cancellations: If we must cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Payment terms for Lotus Essence services: Payment Methods: • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) • Bank transfers • Online payment platforms Payment Timing: • Full payment is required at the time of booking • Package purchases are paid in full upfront • Payment plans may be available for certain programs (inquire for details) Pricing: • All prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise specified • Prices are subject to change without notice • Promotional prices are valid only during the promotional period Refunds: • Refund eligibility is subject to our cancellation policy • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days • Package refunds are prorated based on sessions used

We take your privacy seriously: Our Commitment: All information shared during sessions is kept strictly confidential. We maintain the sacred trust of the healer-client relationship. Exceptions: Confidentiality may be breached only when: • Required by law or court order • There is imminent risk of harm to you or others • You provide explicit written consent Your Privacy Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Protection of proprietary content and techniques: Our Property: All content, materials, techniques, and methodologies used by Lotus Essence are our intellectual property or used under license. Restrictions: You may not: • Record sessions without explicit written permission • Reproduce or distribute our materials • Use our techniques for commercial purposes • Copy or imitate our branding or marketing materials Your Content: Any feedback, testimonials, or suggestions you provide may be used by us for marketing and improvement purposes, with appropriate anonymization unless you consent to identification.

Please read this limitation of liability carefully: Release and Waiver: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and waive any claims against Lotus Essence, its practitioners, employees, and affiliates for any injury, damage, or loss arising from: • Participation in our services • Any advice or recommendations provided • Any products or materials provided or recommended • Technical issues affecting online sessions Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Exclusions: We are not liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of data or business interruption • Actions taken based on information provided • Force majeure events beyond our control

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lotus Essence: Your Agreement: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lotus Essence, its practitioners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: • Your use of our services • Your violation of these terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Any misrepresentation you make Our Rights: We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

Special provisions for minors and vulnerable individuals: Minors (Under 18): • Parental or guardian consent is required before booking • Parents/guardians must sign consent forms • For clients under 16, a parent/guardian must be present during sessions Vulnerable Adults: • Guardian or caregiver consent may be required • We reserve the right to require accompaniment during sessions • Additional safeguards may be implemented as appropriate Our Discretion: We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it is not in the best interest of the minor or vulnerable individual.

Resolution of disputes and applicable law: Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Dispute Resolution: • Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues informally • Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation before litigation • Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of the United Arab Emirates Time Limitation: Any claim arising from these terms or our services must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim.
